David Carroll is the founder/owner of Lions Share Maintenance, AType Data and Dope Marketing.  Lions Share Maintenance is an exterior cleaning and holiday lighting service company located in the Twin Cities of MN.  AType Data is a data/analytics company that provides information for marketing and research purposes.  Dope Marketing was founded as a cross channel marketing company that bridges digital marketing and analytics with offline marketing and print to bring about complete brand awareness for your business.

Throughout his entrepreneurial career, he has figured out how to utilize the data and analytics to experience explosive growth in all of his endeavors.  Regardless if it’s speaking from a stage, on the screen or on the phone to business owners, Dave’s goal is to bring you enlightenment and clarity to help you achieve the goals you have set with your business.

Gary Geiman is the founder/owner of DMN8 Partners and the previous founder/owner of Pressure Wash Cincinnati and Christmas Lights Cincinnati.  His business experience spans financial services, home services and business services.  His current company DMN8 Partners allows him to assist business owners of home service companies in growing their online footprint and increasing their revenue.

Gary wants to help as many home service businesses achieve their goals to change their lives.  His belief that we were born to be Kings and Queens is the underlying principle for all of his messaging to help every business owner he comes into contact with.
